VideoDance is an AI-powered video generation platform. The Service requires account registration and operates on a credit-based system. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

3Account and Credits

3.1 Account Registration

You must register for an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

3.2 Credits

  • Subscription Credits: Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over.
  • One-Time Purchase Credits: Valid for 12 months from purchase date.
  • Credit Balance: Viewable in your dashboard. We are not responsible for lost credits due to account termination.

4User Obligations

By using our Service, you agree to:

5Intellectual Property

License: You grant VideoDance a worldwide, royalty-free license to use generated videos for operating and improving the Service.

VideoDance's Rights: The Service and underlying technology are owned by VideoDance.

6Content Guidelines

You agree not to generate hateful, pornographic, violent, infringing, or illegal content. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts for violations.

7Payments and Refunds

Refund Eligibility: Unused one-time purchase credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Subscriptions are generally non-refundable.

8Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, VideoDance is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or service interruption. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

VideoDance is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party AI model providers, including but not limited to OpenAI, Google, ByteDance, or Alibaba Cloud. Any references to specific AI models (such as Sora, Veo, Seedance, or Wan) within the Service or on our website are for informational purposes only and indicate which models are accessible through our platform.
